This page explains how the Home Logbook application is handled by Perfect Benefits Inc. It follows the policy text supplied for the app and includes additional notes on data retention and data deletion.
Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Home Logbook app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Perfect Benefits Inc. (collectively, the “Application”). Perfect Benefits Inc. is referred to here as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Application?
Because the Application does not collect information in normal use, no user data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting mackenzieerin883@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not placed at risk by typical use of the app. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another channel, consent from a parent or guardian is required where applicable law requires it.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data in normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. Even so, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect any systems and any data it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving data you voluntarily provided through other means, the Service Provider will provide notice where required by law.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information from normal use of the Application because such information is not collected. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, the supplied correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain internal records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
If you have voluntarily provided personal information directly to the Service Provider and would like it erased, you may submit a deletion request to mackenzieerin883@gmail.com. Reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymize that information unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate record-keeping obligations.
Changes to this Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version together with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
